Fall Market - Vendor Registration

Now accepting vendor registration forms from vendors (crafters, makers, artists, community organizations, etc.) who are interested in participating in the Fall Market at Dothan Mercantile. VENDOR ACCEPTANCE / APPROVAL: All requests for participation are subject to review and approval of Dothan Mercantile. You will receive an acknowledgement of acceptance and approval. If you do not receive this within 7 days of applying, please reach out to us to make sure your form was received. If you are NOT chosen to be a participating vendor, or if spaces are all filled, a refund will be issued to you. BOOTH or VENDOR SPACE SHARING: If you plan to share a booth or space with another vendor, please make sure you select the sharing option when you register. Only 1 vendor (1 business) is allowed per booth. If you have more than one business and and plan to sell under multiple business names in the same booth, you must use the 2 Vendor Option when registering. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT - register early and save! Vendors who attended Spring Market 2023 will receive a coupon code for early registration discount! REFUNDS: All payments are non-refundable except in the vendor is not chosen to participate by Dothan Mercantile or spaces are full. If that happens, you'll be notified and you will receive a full refund. Any other request for refund due to cancellation by vendor after registration is submitted will be considered on a case by case basis by Dothan Mercantile; however, all payments received for vendor registration are considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon and refunds are at the sole discretion of Dothan Mercantile. BUSINESS LICENSES / PERMITS: All vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary and required licenses and permits to sell and operate their businesses within the City of Dothan at this event and must agree to hold Dothan Mercantile harmless from any claims arising out of any damages, injuries or losses incurred as a result of your participation in this event. PETS: All pets must be on a leash at all times. Damages or injuries by pets are the sole responsibility of pet owner(s). FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT NO FOUL LANGUAGE, INAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE, LOUD MUSIC, ILLEGAL ITEMS NON SMOKING / NON VAPING ENVIRONMENT / OUTSIDE EVENT
