Become a Vendor or Consigner

  • We offer vendor spaces in various sizes and work with our vendors to find a space that fits their needs.  

  • Vendor spaces are rented on a month to month basis; however, we ask that you commit to a minimum of  6 months initially due to the amount of time it takes to prepare your paperwork, set up a new vendor, etc.

  • Vendor spaces range from $50  per month to $300 per month depending on size of the space, location of the space and duration of your lease.

  • We charge the monthly vendor space rent (which varies depending on the size of the vendor space) plus 15% commission on the sales of each vendor.

  • There is a one time application and admin fee of $25 per vendor which is non-refundable.

  • A security deposit may be required.    Security deposit is refundable as long as the vendor completes the lease, gives proper notice and leaves the space clean and undamaged.

  • We maintain a waiting list of vendors who want to join our store when we are full.  To have your name added to the waiting list, please call the store during normal business hours.

  • Vendors must obtain a business license from the City of Dothan and provide a copy of their license to the store for display within the store.

  • If you only wish to sell a few antiques or items, we do take a limited number of items on straight consignment (meaning you bring in the items, we attempt to sell them and deduct a fixed commission amount upon the sale.  You get the balance in the form of a monthly check.  Consignment rates are 25% to 50% depending on the product(s), price(s) and other factors.   We are very selective on what items we will accept on consignment.
