This home is occupied.  Please respect our client's privacy and do NOT contact them, or go to the property without an appointment scheduled with us or during the public sale time.  Please no visitors, solicitors or uninvited guests during the days preceding this sale or outside the hours posted. Please do NOT park on grass, block driveways or mailboxes.  Please park only in areas where parking is allowed by local laws, ordinances and rules, so that other vehicles, including residents and emergency vehicles, can safely access the street without interference.  Thank you.

 

NOTICE:  Attendance and participation at any sale hosted by Dothan Mercantile constitutes your expressed agreement to our terms and conditions including your adherence to our rules and code of conduct.  Dothan Mercantile (and its client(s)) is not responsible for any injury or damage to your person, your guest(s) or your vehicle while attending or participating said sale.  Attendance and participation by you is at your own risk.  Please be careful and use caution of steps, stairs, uneven surfaces, etc.  No smoking/vaping, inappropriate or foul language or rude or dangerous behavior is allowed at any of our sales.  You will be asked to leave if you disrupt our sale or are rude to our staff or clients.  We have a zero tolerance for theft and will prosecute shoplifters and trespass and ban violators of any of our rules from future sales.  Thank you for being nice!
